Is the camera not working for you? You're probably using IE. (Or possibly Opera or something). Apparently IE can't handle multipart jpegs, which is how this magic works. Never fear my little slow-to-get-a-clue-about-a-decent-browser pixies, you can simply go to the IE Video Webcam Page for your fix of camera-oriented shenanigans!
